Poor quality housing

Built a new house at Klerksoord Ext 28 with CHD. If it wasn't their agents misrepresentation of what the area would be, it's a house that's cracking 5 months in and unfinished work. When you try and contact them to fix the house, they ignore your calls or make empty promises. Overall, their work is off poor quality.
