Pathetic

I bought a new house through CHD Projects and took occupation in December 2016. Within a month in the house we had cracks, the kitchen tap leaked, the stove malfunctioned, the roof leaked, the bathroom tap leaked, the bedroom cupboards are skew, Windows don't close tight, doors grip, nothing is of quality in this house. Everything is cheap materials. You see holes between bricks, very little cement is used. No effort was made in constructing these houses. When they come to fix they do a temporary job. You have to contact them frequently to fix. A year later I still have stove, leaking in the kitchen, the backboard on the kitchen wall below the sink is turning brown, when I reported the matter, the project manager tells me my 3 months retention period lapsed. They know that the problem is not wear and tear but construction faults and they are hiding behind 3 months retention period. How does a new house make me run like this. Everything used to build these houses is cheap materials and management cares less about what we are going through. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE BUILT BY CHD Projects, unfortunately I learned the hard way. They build poor quality houses, bad service, bad workmanship, BAD EVERYTHING. the only good service I got was when I was buying.
