CHD PROJECTS - VERY BAD AND POOR SERVICE

I have app**** for a house and was approved by absa last year around March and my problem now is the company that I app**** with and their builder they are not delivering and are very slow, it is a development in the West of Pretoria and so far many companies has finished building for their clients and some have already moved in, our company's service is beyond bad I can't even explain they don't even keep us updated and they keep on giving us timeframes that they cannot keep up with. They stared building the house in November last year and were told by December we will be signing happy letters to date it's an excuse after the other and this is really inconveniencing us according to plans made.
