CHD PROJECTS ARE *****, ARROGANT AND INEXPERIENCED

<p>I would like to share my the BAD experience I had with CHD projects. They are an Estate Agency of some sort and they work with developers to build houses. The house I was built is of the poorest quality even an RDP is better. I have been in that house for 5 months now but it looks like Ive been there for over 5 years. My walls have cracked, my solar geyser is leaking, the windows are rattling, the paint/ plastering is coming off the wall. every material they used to build that house is of the lowest quality ever. They treat us like they are doing us a favour whereas we are paying lot of money. In their building contract they mention that they fix retentions within 3 months of moving in but this has not happend to me, I have to constantly beg them to come and fix my house but they have resorted to no longer responding to my e-mails, they are arrogant. If there is anyone who is looking to buy a bus, I would advise them to not even consider going through CHD.</p>
