BAD AND POOR SERVICE

<p>Bought a property at Ext 34 kalafong heights atteridgeville in 2014 and had to occupy the property only in 2016 Dec and immediatly the property is registered at Deeds you will have to be responsible for the Rates and Taxes,no one communicated that with me and yet again after receiving a huge invoice from the Municipal and as they have Explained that CHD is responsible the amount as i was not yet leaving in the house, i personally contacted them and Julius Sekgala told me that it is not their problem ,that is my responsibility, i left them and paid the municipal, mail with regards to the retentions was sent to Julius,Eugene and Petro on the 09/03/2016 statingAfternoon,To whom it may concern,I have a leaking pipe outside the house and it was communicated from last year to be fixed, even today still waiting Cracked walls almost in the whole rooms and the stares outside are just cracking and breaking as well,Window holders/handles not working properly, they cannot balance the windows.Can this things get fixed asap.as of today i'm still waiting for a response, Julius is so arrogant and aggresive dont even want to listen to any of the problems that we are facing at the stage, CHD used Cheap material to build those properties every week there is something new that you have to fix,still taking money out of your packet whiles is their resposndebility, CHD its not bordered by any of this matter as they have got their full funds and i'm suffereing the consequinces, its my 1st property i was suppposed to enjoy it but infact it irritates me as something needs to be fixed daily, they are nit even bordered when you say you will report them to the NHBRC infact Julius gave a go ahead with a smile on his face - CHD IS USING POOR QUALITY MATERIAL,CHEAP LABOUR AND NOT FIND RETENTIONS</p> <p> </p>
