Terrible customer service and an overall awful experience.

I placed an order for a bra( the wrong size) because I urgently needed one. The website promised delivery within 7 working days, whereas the correct size was listed as a 6-week wait elsewhere so I decided the one small size difference wouldn’t be a huge problem. After 7 days with no updates, I waited another 2 days before calling to ask what was happening. I was told that the bra I ordered wasn’t in stock, but I could choose a different one. By that time, I’d made other arrangements for my immediate need, so I asked to switch my order to the correct size instead. They said it would take 6–8 weeks. Then began 25 days of me repeatedly following up to confirm whether my order had even been placed, and only after that did they finally confirm it was. I patiently waited the full 8 weeks after that confirmation, but still received nothing. I called several times (most of which went unanswered), and eventually was told the order would only be shipped in week 9. Twelve weeks after my original order, the bra finally arrived, and it was the wrong one. To make matters worse, even after they collected the incorrect item, it’s now been almost three weeks and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve had to keep chasing them for updates. In short: completely unreliable communication, unacceptable delays, and zero accountability. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you have months to waste and endless patience.
