Chatsworth Centre Optometrist ********** service

On the 15 September 2018, I visited Chatsworth Centre Optometrist for my eye test and ordered my glasses. I paid for my eye test and provided them with my medical aid details to claim from them. I phoned twice to check on my glasses and even visited the store once to inquired when it would be ready. However, on each occasion, I was told it was in production. One and half months have passed. No one from the Chatsworth Centre Optometrist contacted me regarding my glasses. On the 22nd October 2018, I phoned the store yet again to inquire about my glasses, only to be told that the medical aid did not approve it. This was a lie. As I received confirmation of payment to Chatsworth Centre Optometrist and also received my statement stating that they was paid. I was asked to submit them proof of payment. My glasses was never sent to production and one and half months passed. The clerk informed me she was waiting for the medical aid to get back to her. What nonsense. Why could she not have phoned me, I would have informed them of payment being made to them. Or contact the medical aid. Also, when my medical aid had made payment to them, it would have reflected in their bank statement with my member number. This level of service is absolutely terrible. And unacceptable.
