Disgusted at the Female Manager

On 26 Nov 2017 been to the Chateaux Gatauex In umhlangha Gateway, unfortunately we were 5 minutes late after closing. They still had customers seated finishing up. We asked for service as my pregnant friend needed something..The manager or i think she was cos she made the decision that we could not be served as it was 5 minutes after closing..So we asked her will she even refuse a pregnant women and she said yes unfortunately...According to her all the stuff was already s****ped n headed for the homes..Who woyld work so fast 5 minutes after closing they are actually closing an hour early ready to jet off at close time and give horrible service being rude and not going the extra mile being a well known brand.Furthermore they wear huge badges saying 20 years and she had the odasity to be rolling her till paper and said to us we canmot serve you it is our year end function..SERIOUSLY!!! TO THE OWNER OF THAT STORE GET NEW STAFF ANS TRAIN THEM how to have s**** and treat customers especially of they are pregnant. .i will never go there again...take a hint ppl bad service...
