Customer complaint

Totally disappointed, asked for Andreas Cheese cake,the cashier puts the vanilla dream in my packet and charges for Vanilla dream. Bought it for today when we took out of packet found out that it is vanilla dream. Contacted the branch immediately. The cashier is off. Nothing can be done. Customer service only talks about T& C
