Chateau Gateaux’s poor customer service.

After calling the Chateau Gateaux Factory shop and being directed to an automated machine which clearly indicates that the factory closes at 4pm on weekdays, I had arrived at the factory just to be rudely turned away by a very condescending and disrespectful security guard who had informed me that they close at 3. After making another call to the factory shop to confirm the closing times , i had gone back and explained that the website clearly states 4pm. Both the security guard and the lady working at the Chateaux Gateaux shop had been very disrespectful and turned me away. I have been a loyal customer to Chateaux Gateaux for as long as i can remember and after today’s horrible service, i will not be recommending this business to anyone due to their poor customer service. If the business is going to advertise incorrect closing times then the least they could do is be polite to their customers who have actually taken time out of their day to research their closing times.
