Chateau gateaux

I bought a cake that was sloppy and wet at the base.Their response was for me to drive to menlyn and send the cake back( as if they will account for my petrol?) .Their response was that based on their retention samples they can't see anything wrong. So basically I'm crazy based on their feedback? If you talk quality then value your customers response!!! Absolutely annoyed 😒
