We received half a cake!!! Pathetic customer service

Do not support this ridiculous store. They sold us half a cake, literally, slices were missing from the box…and when we called to inform them the “manager” at customer care says, there’s nothing they can do, it happens and is out of there control. She says said I should read their terms and conditions, so apparently part of their Ts and cs are that you can received half a cake and this is normal. They also delete negative reviews and comments from their social media pages so it may very well happen again, best way to avoid it, don’t shop here.
