UNFAIR SERVICE

I'm utterly disgusted at the service I received the your Durban North branch, there weren't any customers in the store yet my fiancé and I weren't allowed in together, shortly after that two white people came to the store and were allowed into the store. I don't understand how this was allowed? I hate to make it a racial issue but that's what it came across as to me. We drove to Durban North, which is out of our way, to get Andrea's cheese cake along with other cakes and unfortunately it was difficult to do so seeing as one of us had to constantly rush to the front of the store to tell the other what was in stock.

Please explain to me how your right of admission policy works??
