Sons bday ruined, cake soggy and falling apart

Very dissatisfied with product. This is the second time having this problem. Yesterday was my son's bday and I had purchased the vanilla dream cake. The cake was waterlogged and soggy to the point where u couldn't even hold a slice. It was breaking apart. The entire party was ruined as I have most of the cake left back. I was so embarrassed as a host. I might as well purchased a checkers cake which wouldv been so much better at quarter of the price. Very disappointing.
