Shocking shocking SHOCKING.

I am a customer of the chateux gateux in waterfall corner. I often buy cakes, and often sit down for coffee and a dessert because I own another store in that centre.

Today, my husband went to get a cake for my little.girls birthday tonight. He literally stepped FOOT out of that shop, and turned around to tell them he by accident took the small one ans we need the large one. He stepped FOOT, out the shop. The manager said NO, and it the absolute rudest manner. He couldn't swop for the bigger one and pay the difference. I then phone and asked them to explain to me why, and he very rudely said- read the box and phone headoffice and hung up on me!!!!!. I daily client!!!. Because of stepping a foot out the shop!!!!.

I am so disgusted, and so shocked at this I have no words but what I do know is that I will never step foot inside that shop and I'll make sure to spread the word to all my clients, and the whole of waterfalls social network. This manager is shocking and extremely unprofessional. I cannot believe this shop is still open.

Chateux gateux, this is disgusting. I totally get if people go home with the gate there is no return. Yes. But not even leave the centre? A few minutes? Really? And that manner to respect towards clients? Sis man.

Your stores respect is an embarrassing face inside a centre where my own clients shop.
