POOR SERVICE: CHATEAU GATEAUX MENLYN

POOR SERVICE: On my birthday (16 April 2021) I went to purchase a cake at Chateau Gateaux Menlyn. The 2 workers that were at the store that evening were not interested to assist me. They were both standing at the counter talking without attending to me. It was as if they thought I came window shopping. The store had only 2 couples therefore not a lot of customers at the time. As I was at the fridge to look at the cakes, I asked for assistance and I specifically requested for a chocolate cake. The man came over and was in a rush to do something else (nothing to do with assisting customers). Quickly grabbed the cake, put it on the counter and went on with his business. I waited for a while and asked the lady that was just standing there to assist me. She eventually did. When I got home, tasted the cake and it was cappuccino flavoured. I'm extremely angry because I hate cappuccino and the man could've given me the right CHOCOLATE cake as I had asked. This is extremely disappointing!!!!! Poor Service!
