Pathetic customer service

I have purchased a cake for mums birthday and asked the cashier if that was a full cake and she said yes.. only to open the cake today for my mums birthday party and it was like literally 6 mini cheesecakes ... this was absolutely embarrassing.. I want to be compensated for this because it had ruined the entire birthday celebration
