MANAGER 21 DEC 2017 isn't bothered about customers. She needs a lesson in customer satisfaction.

Bought cakes which included 2 Hot Mud Pudding. Usually shop at PAV chateau g but were at waveworld today. I aked, as i always do at PAV, if we could hv a cherry with the one mud pudding as grandchild loved it that way. PAV ALWAYS DO. THIS OFFICIOUS LITTLE manager COMES AND SAYS "SORRY WE DONT OFFER THAT!! " AND EVEN WORSE..there's supposed to be a little slice if white chocolate stuck in the cake...got home and none of them had the slice of choc. Go and do a customer satisfaction course lady!!
