disappointed

very disappointing in Chateau Gateaux pavilion yesterday I purchased a chocolate cookie from the branch for my pregnant wife and it was soft and stale ..I buy there all the time and it's always crispy after 3days it gets soft so how long did yourl keep it on the shelf for it to be this stale
