Chateau Gateaux is just... We can do much better...

I do not understand how people like these cakes. They are overpriced and there is always something wrong with them. Seriuously!! They do not deserve the fame that they have amassed. The staff are always super nice, and I love interacting with them, but I cannot go back.

The quality has dropped over the years, and now there isn't a single cake that i can stomach. The last one that I ordered was a cookie dough cheesecake that tasted like a doughy, preservative and sugar filled mess of a cake. How do you mess up cheesecake?? Spar's is literally better than that, and theirs is not very good at all.

I feel like the people who genuinely love these cakes have not actually travelled or had many good ones in their lives. They only know what they can find here, and it shows. I cannot believe that this place gets so much business. It sucks!

I will not give one star because there are redeeming qualities such as the brand and staff, but I cannot excuse the terrible cakes. It is all that you do... how do you get it so wrong and at the prices that you charge?? These are frozen cakes for god's sake.
