Bad service

Château Gâteaux Illovo: Phoned them to make sure they have chocolate croissants in stock, because I was driving all the way from fourways. I told them to keep four for me and they said okay. When we got there 30 minutes later, they told us they don't make it and they have no idea what we are talking about. Even when we showed them our call history and they agreed we did phone the right number. I can't believe in time of covid where people are losing their jobs, this shop has *********** employees.
