Bad service

Called at the Bedford Gardens shop intending on having a coffee and a great piece of cake. Although it was 09h45 all the staff were sitting in the coffee area having a "discussion". Stood there for about 5 minutes, no "can I help you" but just ignored. Obviously with this bad service will not be returning.
