Average bakery with little to offer - overpriced, too.

Judging by their prices, one would think that their cakes are off the rails, but they are just okay. I have not been wowed even once by them and quite frankly do not see how they are so successful being as boring as they are.

Their cakes are too dense -- never fluffy or fresh -- and they offer little else. I tried their cookies and other pastries, and they tasted old. The cookies were hard as f*ck which was annoying, but they were also burnt a bit. Cookies should be crunchy or soft. How is the largest bakery chain in SA getting this wrong?

Look, they are not horrible, but they are not worth the money they charge.
