Trailor repair

Totally impressed. I called to see if i could have someone look at my trailor. The tow-bar coupler would not remain fixed to the bakkies towbar. Vernon, the business owner, asked for a pic, to which he responded by asking for the trailor to be brought in, as he can do the "fix" required. I was expecting to have to book the trailor in, and collect in a few days time. Not so, at Chase Trailors. Vernon and his crew immediately got busy with the repair. Half an hour later, i was on my way. When the owner himself gets his hands dirty, and offers immediate attention..... to me.... that shows this business man has a passion for his business.
