WORST SERVICE EVER

Worst service ever. My contract with the expire a few years ago. I’ve been asking for paid up letters for the past 3 months as they are reflecting on my ITC records. I’ve even asked to speak to management and they are not putting me through or sending me emails as they say they not allowed to. I’m sitting with 5 call reference number but no paid up letter. REALLY TERRIBLE SERVICE. WOULD’NT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!
