Worst Ever Sevice,

They don't deserve a single star. I am in "arrears", when I FINALLY got hold of a consultant apparently they did update ICT and I have been waiting for my up to date letter with nothing to date. Their lines are always busy and no response even comes from the emails. So frustrated to think that R109 is making my life so difficult. Can't even cancel because you can't get hold of them.
