Work company ever to deal with. Chase tracker

A year ago I came here to complain about this Chase Tracker. The finally sent me a paid up letter. Last week i estimated they still have me listed as someone who is owing them. called the company To follow up and they said it would be sorted in 72 hour. Till todate I still have not been sorted. Worst company ever
