Warning. *****

I am trying to apply for a homeloan and i am being told that i have a chase tracking account that is in arrears. I have no documentation stating that i have a contractual agreement with you. I agreed to their services but never got an appointment to have a tracker installed, or had any documents sent to me but yet every month there were Chase tracking debit orders going off from my account. I stopped paying because I was not getting any service from them and now I'm being told I owe them over R2000 and the account is in arrears. What kind of ***** is this? What would i be paying that amount for?
