Unprofessional

I received a call from Dee-Ven Vincent (Ignition Group) notifying me that my account is in a arrears .

1. No one had communicated that my debit orders were not going through even though my understanding was otherwise.

2. I mentioned to Dee-Ven that i will pay the amount over 3 months.

3. I decided to pay the whole amount to avoid bad credit seeing that i'm in the process of purchasing a house.

4. I then sent Dee-Ven an email sending a proof of payment

My frustration is that i have been sending him emails requesting confirmation of payment but he refuses to give me a formal invoice or formal letter indicating the status of my account. For all i know, he could be thumb-sucking the amount mentioned.

My suggestion is that formal statements to be sent to clients on initial contact and not sent via mere email. Professionalism is highly needed in this regard.
