Unauthorised early debit order
I refer to the SMS sent by Chase Tracking to me on Tuesday (22 December 2015) - Ref:CH-***-1, wherein I was informed that that last debit order was rejected and that my services have now been suspended. I would like to bring to your attention that the agreed upon date for debit orders was specified as the 25th of every month. I have been charged an amount of R115 by my bank for the returned debit order. In addition, Chase feels it necessary to suspend my services, even though this situation is as a result of the company's action. Moving forward, I expect that my services will be reconnected immediately, and that the R115 incurred by myself due to an early debit order, will be reimbursed within one month. Should you insist on a bank statement to prove that the amount was R115, then I expect Chase to reimburse me for my travel to the bank and the R50 charged for a statement. I trust that Chase will endeavor to address the issue efficiently. Failing which, the device can be uninstalled from my vehicle and my services terminated. It appears that this organization has built a reputation for inconveniencing its clients when it comes to billing and unauthorized, early debit orders.
