Terrible services
Chase Tracking provides terrible service - extremely bad tracking system service and horrible customer service. I have been struggling to solve a query for more than 9 months now which is unacceptable (the problem was created by their incompetence and negligence, and it affected me severely, and at this stage it is impossible to get the matter resolved). Please do not make use of their services. It will be much regretted.
