Still Taking my Money

<p>I have send mails and spoke to them on the phone to cancel my account. This was back in March/April 2017. My contract expired Jan/Feb 2017 but they still deducting my money from my account. There is suppose to be a debit order but for some obscure reason I am still behind on my payments. First it was about R200. I made a extra payment back in Jan 2017. Then it suddenly was about R400 then about R700 and now the latest is about R500. How do these people calculate this on a debit order. </p> <p> </p> <p>My one car was in an accident back in March 2017 - rightoff. I notified them. They keep on deducting money for that car. </p> <p>I have asked them to send me statements so that I can have a look on what is going on. If I can verify that I do need to pay them extra I will do that. They just do not bother to send me any statements or phone or nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please advice as to how I can get these people to stop taking my money so that I do not have to deal with them again.</p> <p>This is by far the worst service I have ever come accross and do not recomend them to anybody. Stay away.</p>
