I have the worst experience with this company. I took up their 'tracking' services. Soon after, I requested confirmation which they were unable to provide, seeing this would cause issues with my insurer I cancelled my contract with them. A few months down the line I picked up a default on my report. Chase tracking have written me off as 'bad debt'. To my knowledge I no longer have a contract with them and which services are the claiming I owe them for?! The worst part is trying to get hold of someone to assist you, they always have to transfer you and end up holding on for ages only to have them drop the call on you.
