This company is a ****. they called me offering me their devise and their are recorded. within 3 days, technician came and i told him i no longer require the devise as i have learnt that i already have it (Came with the new KIA that i had). Guy left, sales consulatant called me same day and i advised her of the same thing. All this happened in less that 7 days, and i believe that consumer protecion act allows you to cancel a service/product within that period. Even worse, i recieved no product. Now a certain Matthew Chellan <***> tells me that i am supposed to pay Cancellation fee: R200.00 Arrears amount: R3379.00 ________________________________ TOTAL: R3579.00- Cancellation fee valid till the 31/07/2020

for what? You guys are a ****. And when i cancelled no one told me all this, wow. I cahllenge him to go to those phone records.
