POOR SERVICE YET RUSH TO DEBIT PEOPLE'S MONEY

Chase Tracking is very bad their call-center is always having excuses of systems not working, I've been calling since last year no relevant help. Lastyear I was hijacke they faied to recover my vehicle if it wasn't for the other Tracker Metrix I would'nt have got my vehicle back. Chase tracker is quick to send sms's of outstanding balances and threaten to take you to legal action yet they fail to answer calls and deliver as they proomise on their profile nxm. I'm so angry and going to cancell the police. I'e never missed payments but i'm always told of oustanding balance which increase everyday. !! Last I called to cancell and their agent hanged up on me nxm. Useless tracking company they don't eveninform you on any movement of your vrhicle or battery when its taken out, total *******.
