Poor service

I installed the wireless tracker with Chase as a back up tracker and it's been almost 5 years now, they send me an sms in May 2021 'Hi David Please note that your Chase tracking Unit is not updating due to passing 36 months.'

But yet they are still debiting my account I tried several times to call their customer care but the attempts were unsuccessful...and due to that am unable to cancel my contract.
