Poor customer service from big time ********

I have the worst experience with this company. I took up their 'tracking' services'. Soon after, I requested confirmation which they were unable to provide. I want to cancel my contract with them. I owed then R149 and they updated my credit report without speaking to me about any arrangement and this is the second time they do this. The worst part is trying to get hold of someone to assist you, they always have to transfer you and end up holding on for ages only to have them drop the call on you. They have rude agents that don't value client's complaints or concerns. Why should the be so quick to update my credit profile if they don't even offer proper service to their clients? I need someone to contact me urgently in regards to cancellation.
