Please cancel my Contract!!!

I've had Chase tracking on my car for the past 3 years, each every time I've asked for device test I'm given a run around. two weeks ago I called your call Centre to cancel my contract with you as I am running on a month to month now. I'm still given a run around it's either your systems are offline or I cant get through to anyone.

Consider this as my official cancellation of my contract with you!!!!
