Pathetic service by chase tracking

I have called chase tracking in early November 2020 to cancel my monthly debit. I received confirmation from the consultant that it was canceled. In dec 2020 the monthly debit was taken off .I contacted chase hoping this matter would be resolved but no one contacted me. I wrote emails informing them that these moneys must be returned. In jan 2021 the debit goes off again and I received correspondence from chase tracking to confirm that this matter has being resolved. I have again wrote to them informing them of the ******* debits being taken off. I can only imagine what happens if ones vehicle is ******, then how would this tracking company retrieve it or is it that they would give a pathetic excuse
