Overcharged

<p>Dear sir / madam</p> <p>I find myself having no choice but to go this route because of the difficulties I'm having in getting my query amicable resolved.</p> <p>I took out a car tracking contract whose activation date was 14/02/2017 for R109 a month as per our discussion with the sales person with the first premium due on the 15th of March 2017 but strangely R119 was deducted. I immediately called the following day to enquire about the extra R10 charged, call centre would tell me to call the billing unit and the billing unit telling me to call the call centre because they only capture what was provided to them. I then sent out an email enquiring about this (Ticket no: 89981) on the 16th of March 2017. Few hours later, I received an email indicating that my query had been closed without telling me how and there was no response when asked how was it resolved.</p> <p>Again this month in April, R119 was deducted and I'm being transferred between billing and the call centre with no proper direction. The call centre claim to see R109 on the system while the billing unit sees R119.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its a pity that there are companies that want to make other people's bank accounts their playing field with no remose whatsoever. Please sort this out or take your tracker, the choice is yours</p>
