No feedback

-i wrote to hello peter on the 28/12/2015 regarding early deduction without informing me and i have been testing my device for 5 months without any feedback that my device its working or not.<br> <br> -on the 4th of Jan i have spoken to Serina Govender whom sent me banking details to pay dec 2015 premium of which i did, faxed and e-mail proof of payment for since then i have never heard from them.<br> <br> when they have no received their premium they are able to send Sm's that they didn't receive premium.
