******* listing of a service cancelled

I had a tracking device installed with Chase tracking in 2016 , then i returned my car to the bank which financed me,i called them to have it cancelled as i no longer was working at the time and had no vehicle in my possession, they failed to do that and kept deducting and accumulating charges on my account. Now its on my credit record and i had asked them to go to their call records to listen to my cancellation requests, but no they didnt, please remove this **** off my name im going straight to the ombudsman to report this after this.
