i am tired with this company

before I start reversing all their debit orders. I want to put it out there that I am absolutely unhappy with chase.i have 2 cars covered by chase tracker. one of the cars was sold by end of September. I am fully aware I have a contract with them , but for the past 3 months I have been trying to call them to find out how we move on from here because I clearly do not have a use for the tracker in that sold car anymore. they always tell me their systems are down, I should call back the next hour or the next day and then I get the same story again. so basically i am still paying the damn thing and I do not want it. on top of everything I get a call from some person from finance telling me that my account is in arrears and that we need to settle this account as I will be suspended. I tell him that its impossible as my account is always debited, could he provide me with some proof of how I now owe R800, GUESS WHAT!!! their systems were down so he couldn't check at that point. he was supposed to call me back and he never did , I made my own investigation according to my bank they always get their money. now I have been suspended by chase and I am paying for a car I do not own .
