HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORROR

In 2014 I joined chase tracking, my first debit order bounced (my fault) so I paid EFT, emailed proof several times, they never received it, my bank said it had cleared and there was nothing reversed into my account either. The next month's debit order went off twice making up for the bounced therefore I'm a month in advance. I decided to ask where my vehicle was, they couldn't answer me as their systems were down and they're not at that point yet. I immediately wanted to cancel my membership. I requested there and then to cancel but they wouldn't cancel, according to chase the account was in arrears when in fact I was a month in advance hence they couldn't cancel. I emailed several times arranged to remove their unit but no one pitched. I blocked the debit order and later changed banks. They handed me over to debt collectors who I've emailed my file of evidence. Emails, names, dates and times I called, proof of payment etc. Once they received the file I never hear from them again. It's quiet for a few months then another attorney or debt collecting company and same thing happens. I am now 4 years later, and im on debt collector company number 4 who keeps harassing me. I recently involved legal wise who wanted to conference call with all parties but chase couldn't take the call as their systems were off line... So typical. Explains all my issue's. I've NEVER in my life delt with such a terrible company where no one helps. I refuse to pay this and I have ALL the evidence but I also won't let chase get away with making my name bad for innocently trying to resolve and cancel because the service I paid for wasn't available, breach of contract!! You'll never see your money
