False Sales Chase Tracking - No cancellation fee mentioned

I was referred by someone to take Chase tracking and when I wanted to cancel in 2016 they asked for cancellation fee. for years I asked for a sales call and it was never sent to me. Finally late 2018 they called me to listen to the recording and on the call it does not stipulate anything about cancellation fee. Currently I am being harassed by MBD to pay R 2900. What this guys are doing is ********, they are supposed to alert the consumer over the phone about cancellation fees before taking their cover.
