Failed to book me in for a tracker installation

I have ordered my Tracker to-be installed by chase tracker and the person who called me sold it well to me, as I was convinced and took the deal,the lady took every detail she had to take,I chose the day that I wanted my Tracker installed and No one ever cared to call back or contact me about what time I have my installation or where the exact installation place is.It was said by her that the installation place shall call me and book me in on the date I chose aswel as give me the location. I am still waiting, I'm going on holiday Friday and was expecting a quicker and more noticeable service from this company.I haven't called the company to hear back from them.The least they can do is hear back from me..It's been over 9 days now and still no sign of installation booking.I choose to take my car somewhere else, where I'll get reliable and honest service.Thank you
