Dont use Chase tracking

Chase tracking has the worst service ever, they simple can not help with login details its been over a year, but every month debit money, they have the worst support team which can not help, you can even call them you have to speak to them via email. whats even worst is their customer care (a lady by the name of Jocelyn) hanged up my call.

I do not recommend anyone to use their service.

Just a quick update, its been 3 weeks, still my query has not been resolved. their last respond was on the 25th July: "Good Day Mr. Tshepiso Trust you are well Kindly be advised that our technical department is still working on the issue as they seem to have an issue with one of the system that helps the functionality of the website, They will provide you with feedback once it has been resolved We do apologize for the inconvenience caused in this regards Have a blessed day ahead Kind regards" And this again has been an issue that has been hanging for over a year? So all I am getting its excuses.
