DON'T BE FOOLED BY CHASE TRACKING!

<p>Be warned! The worst servive ever - nothing but automated responses when you want to query anything. Still waiting for my fitment certificate to arrive 3 years down the line - 0h wait!!! I did receive one stating that I drive a Lambhorgini!!! They don't seem to know the difference between a Spark and a Lambhorgini - imagine if they have to ever find my vehicle if it goes missing! And now the cherry on top - they have had 'system problems' with processing debit orders and now resort to threatening clients with bureau listing if payment is not made immediately! The only solution? Cancel the service with immediate effect - wonder how they interpret'immediate'?? Is this the way a business operates?
