Disappointed with Chase Tracker

i have installed chase in my vehicle last year all they do is deduct premiums they do not assure me that they know where my car is i called now their call centre is offline they said they will call me tomorrow but before i could speak she slammed the phone down it is not professional and im really worried if my car is ****** they wont able to find it
