Contact Harassment

I am being constantly inundated with calls and sms' regarding a contract that requires payment. I am a minor, a school goer, I have never had an account with this company. The account in question had a contact that was ended years ago, as per my knowledge.

How Chase Tracking got my phone number I am unsure. This constitutes harassment. Something needs to be done about this.
